Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Capzy website or ask us to arrange business finance. By using our service you agree to them. If something here doesn't make sense, ask us — if a nine-year-old couldn't follow it, we've written it badly.

We introduce businesses to lenders on our panel and help arrange finance. We do not lend money ourselves, and we do not make lending decisions.

• We compare products across our lender panel and present the offers we obtain for you.
• A named broker reviews every application; technology does the busywork.
• Indicative quotes are not offers of credit. Final terms are set by the lender and may differ after underwriting.
• We'll tell you straight if we think borrowing isn't right for you at the moment.

Our service is for UK-registered businesses and their authorised representatives. By applying, you confirm you have authority to act for the business and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

We get paid by the lender through commission for arranging your funding. Lender interest, fees and charges are separate. We will disclose the commission's existence and nature, and provide the amount on request.

The Capzy name, wordmark and the content of this site belong to Capzy Capital Limited. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

We provide our service with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for lending decisions made by lenders, for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be flagged on this page before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction — though if you're based elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
