The short version: we're a broker working on your side to arrange finance. These terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
These terms apply when you use the Capzy website or ask us to arrange business finance. By using our service you agree to them. If something here doesn't make sense, ask us — if a nine-year-old couldn't follow it, we've written it badly.
We introduce businesses to lenders on our panel and help arrange finance. We do not lend money ourselves, and we do not make lending decisions.
Our service is for UK-registered businesses and their authorised representatives. By applying, you confirm you have authority to act for the business and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Our service is free for you to use. We're typically paid a commission by the lender when a facility completes. We'll disclose the existence and nature of any commission, and its amount if you ask. Commission never changes the advice we give about which offer suits you best.
The Capzy name, wordmark and the content of this site belong to Capzy Limited. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
We provide our service with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for lending decisions made by lenders, for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be flagged on this page before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction — though if you're based elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
