• Essential cookies — required for the site and broker workspace to function, such as keeping you signed in. These can't be switched off.
• Preference cookies — remember choices you make so you don't have to repeat them.
• Usage analytics — tells us, in aggregate, how people use Capzy so we can improve it. We measure page visits and actions through PostHog in the EU, without setting an analytics cookie, recording your screen or collecting document contents or contact details.

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

With your permission, we send page and action measurements to our EU PostHog project to improve the CRM and test the document-upload journey. Random-looking identifiers let us recognise repeat visits to the same account or application. These are pseudonymous, not anonymous. We send page types, experiment variants and upload or bank-connection outcomes, not names, contact details, filenames, document contents or secure-link URLs. We do not record your screen. Turning analytics off stops future collection in this browser; it does not remove previously collected events.

Where usage analytics is enabled, you can allow or decline it in the analytics notice. Change your choice in CRM Settings → My account → Usage analytics, or using the analytics controls beneath the connect page. You can also control cookies through your browser settings — blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site, including the broker workspace, from working. Guides: aboutcookies.org.
