The Capzy team
Business finance brokers
Capzy is a UK business-finance broker. We help businesses compare funding across lenders, so our guides are written from the broker’s side of the desk: how the products work, what lenders ask for and where the catches are.
Capzy is a credit broker, not a lender, and we get paid by the lender. We say so on every page, because it is a reason to read us critically as well as a reason we know the market.
How we write and check our guides
Official sources first
Scheme rules, tax deadlines and rates come from the British Business Bank, GOV.UK and HMRC. Every page lists its sources at the foot so you can check them.
Lenders in their own words
A lender profile uses only what the lender publishes itself, shows the date we last checked it and carries no ratings.
Dated and corrected
Each page shows when it was published or last updated. Rules change: if you spot something out of date, email us and we will check it.
Information, not advice
Our guides explain how things work. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and finance is always subject to status and lender criteria.
Spotted something that needs correcting?
Tell us which page and what has changed. We check it against the source and update the page.
